Hannington & Green Contracting offer a complete service for commercial clients whether its a new office move or ongoing monthly maintenance, we'll provide the service for you.
We offer an all inclusive service for commercial fit-outs including office design, partitioning and data installation. Our knowledgeable team are on-hand to guide you throughout the design stages of your project and are equipped with innovative solutions to maximise any space.
We can carry out all aspects of your fit-out including strip out, refurbishment and installation, plumbing and electrical works, as well as any required plastering, painting & decorating, tiling and flooring installation with options to suit any budget.
As well as commercial fit-out's we also offer an ongoing maintenance and callout service. Take the stress out of building maintenance and let us take care of it for you. Whether its Emergency Light testing, Water treatment or Electrical installation Condition Reports (EICR) we have maintenance packages to suit every business and will be on hand for any unexpected maintenance issues and callouts that may arise.
Hannington and Green have been installing dedicated power supplies from my air condition installations for the last few years. Work is always carried out to a very hight standard, to the quoted price and always on the day that is agreed. They are a great team and would highly recommend their services to any commercial or residential customer.
Hannington and Green have been the primary electrical contractors for Keyloop for just over 2 years and would highly recommend them for all electrical works. Recent projects include a complete re-wire of the lighting circuit in our Midlands office; as per previous works was completed to a very high standard. Other works completed Keyloop include external floodlight and lamp post replacements, 5yr test and inspect certification and office LED upgrades.
Hannington and Green make a great team and were a pleasure to have in the workshop. They managed to work around us so that we did not have to lose a day’s work which obviously must have made their job more difficult but they made no complaints! Worked very efficiently, quietly and no trace that they had been here after the left apart from the FANTASTIC light in the workshop. Highly recommend.
